1. This is to acknowledge that I have enrolled myself as user with the website for e-services to be provided by the Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan and have created a password for the purpose of using the e-services.

2. I undertake that the user name, password, access code or other means of gaining access to the e-Services will at all times be kept secure and confidential by me.
|
|
3. I agree to update my mobile number and email information following any changes and to inform online without delay by dealer data updation/update contact details.
|
|
4. I undertake to report any compromise or unauthorised disclosure of the user name, password, access code or other means of gaining access to the e-services to the Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan, without delay, via support desk or call centre. On receipt of the aforesaid notification, the department reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the user's password and reset it.

5. I further undertake that all electronic communications and data messages addressed by me or my authorised persons under the e-Services, are equivalent to statements made to assessing authority/authorised officer, whether made in an application, certificate, declaration, notification, return, objection, or other document made, prepared, given, filed, lodged, or furnished under the applicable laws and the applicable penalties and offences relating to false, inaccurate and misleading statements under the applicable laws shall apply to such electronic communications and data messages.I further undertake that i shall not retract from or repudiate such e-documents.

6. I acknowledge that all electronic communications and data messages addressed to me shall be deemed to have been received by me at the time when the electronic communications and data messages enter the facility provided under the dealer login on www.rajtax.gov.in or the inbox of the email address provided by me, regardless of whether I become aware that the electronic communications and data messages have been sent or have been actually retrieved and they shall not be invalid only on the ground that they are not personally signed or digitally signed or not signed properly.

7. I acknowledge that in addition to any electronic communications or data messages required from the assessing authority/authorized officer reserves the authority, by a notice in writing, to require any person, whether or not a user, to furnish, whether on that person's own behalf or as agent or trustee of another person, with such further or other information prescribed in the notice, including tax returns, notwithstanding that such information may have been purported to have been furnished by way of electronic communications and data messages.
